Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s next project ‘Rani Padmavati’ has
been in the news about the star cast. Many rumours were there about the cast
but now the movie’s star cast has been confirmed. Ranveer Singh, Deepika
Padukone and Shahid Kapoor are going to be seen together. Audiences are excited
to see the super hit romantic couple for the third time in ‘Rani Padmavati’
after Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s ‘Ram Leela’ and ‘Bajirao Mastani’.
Padmavati is about
Alauddin Khilji’s obsession with the queen Padmavati. Deepika Padukone is going
to play the lead role of ‘Padmavati’. The role of Padmavati’s husband will be
played by Shahid Kapoor. Shahid will be seen as Raja Raval Ratan Singh. The
names of many actors came forward for this role but finally Shahid is the lucky
man to be selected for the role. Both of them are going to be paired for the
first time. Raja Raval Ratan Singh’s rival is going to be played by Ranveer
Singh. It is a love triangle based story. Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s favourite
actors Deepika and Ranveer are going to going to make a hat-trick to act
together. Both of their movies were blockbuster and we hope to see their
sizzling chemistry again in Rani Padmavati.
It is being said that Shahid decided to act in the movie
after giving a list of conditions. He had asked that his role, his screen space
should be equal to Ranveer Singh. And so, some changes had to be made in the
script and finally, Shahid Kapoor agreed for the role. He will be seen in a significant
role in the film.
All the three are superb actors. Shahid Kapoor has made
outstanding performances in his last movies Haider
and Udta Punjab. We wish them the
